30-Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day refund with a 10% - 20% restocking fee for most items (see below).

To qualify for a return, please note the following:

  • The product must be clean, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of placing the order.
  • Please keep all packaging for 30 days. All product returns require you to ship items back in their original box. 
  • Customers must have an approved RMA to return to be accepted. See the return process below:

Our Return Guide

To be accepted as a return, the item must have an approved RMA number and be placed in the box(es). If there is no RMA number on the box(es), the item will be refused and returned to the sender, and no refund will be provided. RMAs can be obtained by clicking on the button below. You need to decide how RMAs will be provided to buyers.

  • Return Requests must be submitted adequately through our returns center within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days. Items sent to us after 30 days will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Your returned item must be in new condition, in its original boxes, unused and undamaged, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. If the package is returned in damaged condition, it will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Standard shipping, expedited shipping, handling costs, and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost; however, we are here to help ensure the return postage is as low as possible. Please request a quote for a pre-paid label. The cost of shipping/postage will be deducted from your overall refund.
  • Restocking Fees will apply (please see below)—Buy Golden's return postage, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns may not be sent to our corporate address.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all:

  • Scooters
  • Power Chairs
  • Power Wheelchairs
  • Lift Chairs & Recliners

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the products in these categories:

  • All Parts. Replacement Parts for all Items
  • Beds and Bed Packages
  • Mattresses
  • Custom Built Items
  • Batteries, Chargers, or Electrical Components
  • Used Equipment (Open Box)

 

Refused Deliveries

If packages are refused at the point of delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping and restocking fees based on the list above.

 

Open Box Products - Non-Returnable

Open Box Specials are new products ordered incorrectly or with slight imperfections. They are non-returnable and do not include in-home service. Please let us know if there is an issue within 5 days of receiving the product for any item purchased in the Open Box Deals collection.Â
